Our Commitment to Copyright

We operate as a technology service provider. Our platform provides access to internet-delivered content streams. If you believe that material accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below to submit a takedown notice.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To be valid under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your takedown notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — A description of where the infringing material is located on our service (URL or specific channel/content identifier) sufficient for us to locate it.
  3. Your contact information — Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Where to Send DMCA Notices

Send completed DMCA notices to our designated agent via our Contact page. Include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and act on valid notices within 10 business days.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the applicable federal court

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us of legal action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Abuse of Process

Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice may expose the filer to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. We reserve the right to seek damages from those who abuse the DMCA process.
