Method 1: Tivimate (Recommended)
Tivimate is the best IPTV player for Firestick. It has the cleanest interface, best EPG TV guide support, and handles large channel lists (20,000+) without lag. The free version works fine โ Tivimate Premium ($4.99/year) adds multi-screen, catch-up, and recording features.
On your Firestick, go to Settings โ My Fire TV โ Developer Options โ Apps from Unknown Sources. Toggle this ON. This allows you to install Downloader (free from Amazon App Store), which you'll use to sideload Tivimate.
Search for "Downloader" in the Amazon App Store (it's the orange icon with an arrow). Install it โ it's free and made by AFTVnews. Open Downloader once it's installed.
In Downloader's URL box, type tivimate.com and press Go. Download and install the APK file. When prompted "Do you want to install this application?", select Install. Once installed, tap Done (not Open โ you'll open it after one more step).
Open Tivimate from your Apps. On the welcome screen, tap Add Playlist. You'll see two options:
- M3U URL: Paste the M3U link we sent you on WhatsApp
- Xtream Codes: Enter the server URL, username, and password we provided
Tivimate will load your playlist โ with 20,000+ channels this takes 30โ60 seconds. Once loaded, browse by category (Live TV, Movies, Series) or use the search function. Your EPG TV guide will populate within a few minutes. You're ready to stream.
Method 2: IPTV Smarters Pro
IPTV Smarters Pro is available directly from the Amazon App Store โ no sideloading required. It's a good option if you want a simpler setup or prefer not to use Downloader.
Find it in the App Store โ it's a free download. Install and open it.
On the login screen, choose Xtream Codes API (or "Add User"). Enter your name (any name), then the server URL, username, and password provided by us via WhatsApp.
Your channel list loads. Browse Live TV, Movies, or Series from the home screen. IPTV Smarters has a slightly different layout from Tivimate but works well for all channel types.

Common Issues & Fixes
Check your internet connection first โ try loading a website to confirm Wi-Fi is working. Then verify your M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials are entered correctly (copy-paste from WhatsApp rather than typing manually). If the issue persists, message us on WhatsApp and we'll verify your account status immediately.
4K streams require 25+ Mbps consistently. If you're on Wi-Fi, try moving the Firestick closer to your router or using a Wi-Fi extender. Alternatively, select the HD version of the same channel โ most channels have both HD and 4K variants in the playlist. Our Anti-Freezeโข also automatically falls back to lower quality if 4K isn't sustainable on your connection.
In Tivimate, go to Settings โ EPG โ Update EPG. Give it 2โ3 minutes to refresh. If EPG still doesn't populate, your playlist may need the EPG URL setting updated โ message us on WhatsApp with your subscription details and we'll send you the correct EPG URL to add.
This usually means "Apps from Unknown Sources" isn't enabled. Go to Settings โ My Fire TV โ Developer Options and toggle Apps from Unknown Sources to ON. Then try installing again from Downloader. If you see a specific error code, message us and we'll troubleshoot step by step.
