1. Service Description

Global IPTV Net provides internet protocol television (IPTV) subscription services delivering live television channels, video on demand content, and related features over the internet. Our service requires an active internet connection and a compatible device or application. All channels are delivered via M3U playlist or Xtream Codes API credentials.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a subscription
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your credentials to third parties
• Each plan supports a defined number of simultaneous streams — exceeding this limit may result in service interruption
• You may install your credentials on multiple devices but only use the permitted number simultaneously

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our service or credentials
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our streaming infrastructure or content
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Circumvent any technical measures we implement to protect the service
• Share your account credentials publicly or with unauthorized parties

Violation of this policy will result in immediate service termination without refund.

4. Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Payment is required in full before service activation
• We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC), and bank transfer
• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — you must manually renew before expiry
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and perishable nature of IPTV subscriptions:

• No refunds are provided once credentials have been delivered and the service accessed
• We strongly encourage all new customers to use our free 24-hour trial before purchasing
• If our service is completely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, we will offer a service credit or extension at our discretion
• Refund requests due to ISP restrictions, device incompatibility after trial, or violation of acceptable use policy will not be considered

6. Service Availability & Uptime

We target 99%+ uptime across our server infrastructure. Occasional maintenance windows, channel updates, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruption. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific channel. We reserve the right to modify channel availability as required. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via WhatsApp where feasible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and website material at globaliptvnet.com are the property of Global IPTV Net or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Channel content is the property of respective broadcasters and content owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Streaming quality depends on your internet connection and device performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global IPTV Net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of credentials, without prior notice or refund. Subscriptions expire automatically at the end of the paid period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
