Streaming Issues
Fix buffering, freezing, and channel problems fast.
Buffering is almost always an internet speed issue, not the server. Try this: 1) Run our speed test โ you need at least 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. 2) Use a wired Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. 3) Restart your router and device. 4) Switch to TiviMate app if you are using another player. Still buffering? Message us on WhatsApp.
Try switching to another channel and back. If a specific channel consistently fails: 1) Clear your IPTV app cache. 2) Re-load your M3U playlist URL. 3) Try a different player app. Still broken? Contact us on WhatsApp with the exact channel name and we will check the server.
No VPN is required. However if your ISP throttles streaming traffic a VPN can help. See our VPN for IPTV guide for recommendations. If you use a VPN, pick a server in your own country for the best speeds.
