Our monitoring system checks all nodes and service components every 60 seconds. The "Last checked" timestamp at the top of this page updates automatically. Latency and load figures shown are rolling 5-minute averages so they are always representative of current conditions.
If our servers are all green, the issue is almost always on the local network side — not our infrastructure. Common causes include slow Wi-Fi (try Ethernet), ISP throttling streaming traffic (try a VPN), or a device that needs restarting. Check your speed with our speed test tool and visit our support page for a full fix guide. If the problem persists, message us on WhatsApp and we will diagnose it live.
Node load shows the percentage of that server's total stream capacity currently in use. At 30% load the server is well within healthy operating range — we provision our servers to handle 3× peak traffic so you should never experience degradation from server overload. We add capacity automatically before any node reaches 70%.
All scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp to active subscribers. Emergency maintenance required to protect service quality may happen with shorter notice — in all cases we keep the window as short as possible and route traffic to backup nodes to minimise disruption.
